润滑油温度影响柴油机空载减速过程曲线的变化。为了提高利用柴油机空载减速过程评价柴油机技术状况的准确性,通过对某特种车辆柴油机在不同润滑油温度下的减速过程曲线研究,将不同润滑油温度下测试的空载减速曲线作归一化处理,得出了归一化处理的计算方法,提高了空载减速过程曲线的重复性,减少了不同润滑油温度下空载减速时间绝对误差。
The temperature of lubricating oil affects the curve of diesel engine during no-load deceleration. In order to improve the accuracy of using diesel engine no-load deceleration process to evaluate the technical condition of diesel engine, the deceleration curve of a diesel engine for a special vehicle under different lubricant temperatures was normalized, and the no-load deceleration curves tested under different lubricant temperatures were normalized The calculation method of normalization processing is obtained and the repeatability of the curve of no-load deceleration process is improved and the absolute error of no-load deceleration time under different lubricant temperatures is reduced.
