“三个代表”重要思想首次阐发于何时、何地?有关文章在表述这一问题时多有不确之处。本文根据报刊上公开发表的有关新闻报道,对这一问题进行历史考察,结论是:第一,江泽民同志首次完整提出“三个代表”重要思想在广州,时间是2000年2月25日上午;第二,中共广东省委及时传达了“三个代表”重要思想,并明确要求各级党组织按照“三个代表”重要思想的要求,“聚精会神抓好党的建设”。
The time and place for the first elaboration of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’? There are many uncertainties in expressing the issue in the relevant articles. Based on the news reports publicly published in the press, this article makes a historical investigation of this issue. The conclusion is: First, Comrade Jiang Zemin put forward the important idea of “three represents” for the first time in Guangzhou on the morning of February 25, 2000; Second, the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee promptly conveyed the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ and clearly demanded that Party organizations at all levels “concentrate their efforts on party building” in accordance with the requirements of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’
