目的:了解中药制剂CKBM和司他夫定(d4T)+去羟肌苷(ddI)+奈韦拉平(NVP)联合治疗初治HIV/AIDS患者短期疗效。方法:将40例既往未接受抗病毒治疗的慢性艾滋病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者随机分为两组,每组20例,分别给予中西医联合(CKBM+ddI+d4T+NVP,联合组)或单纯抗病毒(ddI+d4T+NVP,对照组),治疗6个月,比较后疗效。结果:治疗6个月后两组CD4细胞都显著升高,各有14例患者血浆病毒载量(VL)小于最低检测限(LDL)。两组疗效差异无统计学意义,消化道和肝功能损伤不良反应类似。结论:短期内CKBM不能增加HAART疗效。
Objective: To investigate the short-term curative effect of combination therapy of CKBM with stavudine (d4T) + didanosine (ddI) plus nevirapine (NVP) on newly diagnosed HIV / AIDS patients. Methods: Forty patients with chronic HIV / AIDS who were previously untreated with antiviral therapy were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. The patients in combination group were treated with CKBM + ddI + d4T + NVP, ) Or simple antiviral (ddI + d4T + NVP, control group), for 6 months, compared the curative effect. RESULTS: After 6 months of treatment, both CD4 cell counts were significantly elevated in each of the 14 patients with a viral load (VL) less than the minimum detectable limit (LDL). No significant difference between the two groups of efficacy, adverse effects of gastrointestinal and liver injury similar. Conclusion: CKBM can not increase the efficacy of HAART in short term.
