开采胶结疏松的砂岩储层时,油井出砂是一个严重问题。地层砂随着井液流入井眼,会导致设备磨损、井眼堵塞,使油、气井不能正常生产,甚至完全停产,从而增加了开采费用。为了解决油井出砂问题,石油工作者进行了各种研究,并提出多种防砂技术。目前,防砂方法可分为机械防砂和化学防砂两大类。化学防砂有塑料固砂、树脂砂浆、镀镍固砂、焊接玻璃固砂、无机化学剂固砂等方法,现对防砂用化学剂作一介绍。
Sand mining wells is a serious problem when mining unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs. As the well sand flows into the wellbore, the formation sand will cause the equipment to wear out and the wellbore is blocked, so that the oil and gas wells can not be normally produced or even cut off completely, thereby increasing the mining cost. In order to solve the problem of oil well sands, oil workers conducted various studies and proposed various sand control technologies. At present, sand control methods can be divided into mechanical sand control and chemical sand control two categories. Chemical sand control with plastic sand, resin mortar, nickel-plated sand, glass sand welding, inorganic chemicals sand and other methods, is now a chemical agent for sand control.
