5月28日,国家发展改革委等五部委批复同意《云南桥头堡滇中产业聚集区发展规划(2014-2020年)》。批复要求,滇中产业聚集区要以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,以改革创新体制机制为突破口,以产业功能区为载体,按照“产业带动、组团发展、产城融合”的要求,全力打造绿色发展、特色鲜明、配套完善的外向型特色优势产业聚集区,成为云南省加快建设我国面向西南开放重要桥头堡和实现跨越发展的重要支撑。在该项《规划》中,滇中产业聚集区定位6大发展方向,布局“两片两轴八组团”。
