我国高校传统的法律教学多采用结合多媒体教学课件的课堂讲授模式,教师是教学的主体,学生跟随教师的思路被动听课,很难做到师生互动。为了改变这一现状,我们有必要探寻新的法律教学模式,使学生成为学习的主体,增强师生间的交流与互动。本文尝试探索高校法律课程教学的一种新模式——网络互动教学平台,通过对其建设背景进行考察与分析,提出平台建设的思路、存在的问题及解决方案。
The traditional legal teaching in colleges and universities use multi-media teaching courseware classroom teaching mode, the teacher is the main body of teaching, students follow the teacher’s idea of passive listening, it is difficult to do teacher-student interaction. In order to change this status quo, it is necessary for us to explore new legal teaching modes so that students can become the main body of study and enhance the exchange and interaction between teachers and students. This paper attempts to explore a new model of teaching law courses in colleges and universities - network interactive teaching platform, through the inspection and analysis of its construction background, puts forward the idea of platform construction, existing problems and solutions.
