西部干部的作风直接影响着当地投资环境、政府办事效率,乃至于群关系等许多方面,是关系到西部大开发战略顺利开展的大事。不久前记者参加了新华社组织的西部大开发调研小分队,就西部的投资环境、结构调整、退耕还林等问题进行专题调研,采访过程中时时碰到一些干部摆领导架子、工作扯皮拖拉、敷衍塞责、办事效率低等现象,感慨之余,记者将当时的经历和所思所感详细记录了下来,现将这次调研的部分手记摘录公开,希望对干部作风的改善有所启迪——
