目的建立椰子汁饮料中椰醛的气相色谱分析方法。方法椰子汁样品经亚铁氰化钾-乙酸锌沉淀蛋白,无水乙醚萃取,无水硫酸钠干燥后经HP-1701石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量,采用外标标准曲线法定量。结果椰醛在浓度为0μg/ml~50.0μg/ml时,线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.786x+0.580,线性相关系数(r)为0.999,椰子汁饮料中椰醛的检出限和定量限分别为0.30 mg/kg和1.0 mg/kg。在2.0 mg/kg、5.0 mg/kg、10.0 mg/kg 3种添加水平下,饮料中椰醛的加标回收率为78.4%~86.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.01%~6.19%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简单、灵敏度高、检出限低、稳定性好,适合饮料中椰醛的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the analysis of coconut oil in coconut juice beverages by gas chromatography. Methods Coconut juice samples were precipitated with potassium ferrocyanide-zinc acetate and extracted with anhydrous ether. After drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate, the samples were separated on a HP-1701 quartz capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) Chemical detector (FID) detection, retention time qualitative, quantitative peak area, the use of external standard curve method for quantification. Results Coconut aldehyde had good linearity at the concentration of 0μg / ml ~ 50.0μg / ml, the regression equation was y = 0.786x + 0.580 and the linear correlation coefficient (r) was 0.999.
