由水电部杭州机械设计研究所设计、上海水工机械厂制造的 4m 硬岩屈进机于1987年2月在上海水工机械厂召开现场评议会后,当年年底落实在由水电部五局二分局施工的引黄济青引水工程中使用。设备于88年5月陆续到达工地,经过我所有关工程技术人员及上海水工机械厂工人师傅二个多月的紧张安装、调试,于7月11日初装完毕,此后在作设计工况下,用自行式方案,将整机推进100多 m 到达作业面,在洞口
