非典过后,有些地方表彰了在抗击非典中的先进典型,特别是把一些纳税大户当“功臣”一样进行物质奖励,在当地引起了强烈反响。大家一致认为,此举弊大于利,重奖纳税“功臣”之风该刹了。
After SARS, some places commended the advanced models in fighting SARS. In particular, they rewarded some local taxpayers with “merits and deeds” as material rewards and aroused strong repercussions on the ground. Everyone agreed that this act of harm outweighs the benefit of taxpayers “hero” of the wind.
