本文采用卡特尔16PF人格问卷对高职院校大一新生的人格特征进行调查研究。研究结果显示:高职新生与全国大学生常模相比,在很多因素上存在显著差异;男生与女生、文科生与理科生、绩优生与绩差生在人格的许多因素上也都存在显著差异。高职院校的心理健康教育要针对不同性别、不同专业、不同成绩的大学生进行优化人格特征的教育。
In this paper, using the Qatar 16PF personality questionnaire to investigate the personality traits of freshmen in vocational colleges. The results show that there are significant differences in many factors between the freshmen of vocational college and those of national college students. There are also significant differences in personality between boys and girls, liberal arts and science students, students with merit and students with poor performance. Psychological health education in higher vocational colleges should aim at education of optimizing personality traits for college students of different genders, different majors and different grades.
