基质金属蛋白酶是广泛存在于全身各组织中的高度保守的内切酶,在细胞外基质降解中发挥重要作用.近年来越来越多研究证实其参与了正畸源性牙根吸收.本文就牙根吸收的分子生物学基础以及基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂与正畸源性牙根吸收关系的研究进展做一综述.“,”Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are highly conserved endonucleases that are widely distributed in various tissues of the body and play an important role in the degradation of extracellular matrix.In recent years, more and more studies have confirmed that it is involved in orthodontic root resorption.In this paper,we review the molecular basis of root resorption and matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors research progress of relationship between orthodontic root absorption.
