目的了解新生儿乙肝疫苗产房接种近况,进一步做好乙肝首针及时接种工作。方法对常熟市2006—2008年市、乡级医院新生儿乙肝疫苗产房接种资料采用Excel进行描述性统计,用χ2检验进行统计学分析。另外,对常熟市级3家医院的接种情况采取随机抽样法进行调查。结果2006—2008年的乙肝疫苗产房接种率均在90%以上,但接种率逐年下降趋势。市级医院接产数(26118例)远多于乡级医院(3625例),乙肝疫苗产房接种率市级医院(91.77%)低于乡级医院(98.34%)。抽样调查3家市级医院共1539名新生儿,产房接种率90.90%,二院最高达94.58%,一院最低,为87.02%。一院接产的流动人口最多,占其调查数的46.95%。结论加强优生优育知识宣传,做好孕期保健,同时加强乙肝防治知识宣传,提高出生人口质量,严格而适度把握乙肝疫苗接种禁忌证,进一步做好该市的新生儿乙肝疫苗产房接种工作,从而提高乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率,有效预防乙肝。
Objective To understand the status quo of neonatal hepatitis B vaccination delivery room and to do a good job of timely inoculation of hepatitis B first needle. Methods Descriptive statistics were made on the data of vaccination in the delivery room of neonatal hepatitis B vaccine in municipal and township hospitals in Changshu City from 2006 to 2008. Statistical analysis was performed with χ2 test. In addition, Changshu municipal level three hospitals to take the situation of random sampling survey. Results The vaccination rate of delivery room of hepatitis B vaccine in 2006-2008 was more than 90%, but the vaccination rate decreased year by year. The number of patients receiving municipal hospitals (26,118 cases) was far more than that of township hospitals (3625 cases). The vaccination rate of municipalities with hepatitis B vaccine was 91.77% lower than that of township hospitals (98.34%). A total of 1539 newborns were sampled from 3 municipal hospitals in the sample survey. The rate of delivery in maternity ward was 90.90%, the highest in second hospital was 94.58% and the lowest in hospital was 87.02%. The largest floating population in the hospital, accounting for 46.95% of the total number of inquiries. Conclusions Strengthen knowledge of prenatal and postnatal care, do a good job in prenatal care, strengthen knowledge of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B, improve the quality of birth population, strictly and properly grasp the contraindications of hepatitis B vaccination and further improve the immunization of newborns with hepatitis B vaccine in the city Hepatitis B vaccination timely vaccination rate, effective prevention of hepatitis B.
