国庆节到了,笔者特介绍几枚20世纪50年代邮政部门刻制、使用的全国性庆祝国庆纪念邮戳及相关邮品,供大家欣赏。1、中华人民共和国开国周年纪念(1950年10月1日)邮电部于1950年9月12日发出第40号通电,要求各邮政管理局于本年10月1日使用国庆纪念邮戳,这是新中国的第一枚全国性庆祝国庆纪念邮戳,也是第一枚全国性纪念邮戳。图1:实寄封剪片。邮票上销盖山东济南纬二路(七支)纪念邮戳,山东邮局刻制的纪念邮戳的显著特征是上格中的五角星为立体形。
