我们在1961年6月至11月,对全区的化验工作进行了检查和整顿。现将所采取的方法和收获,简要介绍如下:一、方法和步骤整个工作的进行分为两个阶段。第一阶段是试点阶段。在军区卫生部的领导下,以军事医学研究所和几个医院化验科的负责同志组成检查组,首先对军区总医院和中心医院的化验工作进行了检查,以便从中取得经验。检查前拟出检查提纲和考核题,做出标准答案,准备好异常骨髓像,原虫和虫卵等标本,标准的当量溶液和血钾、血钠、氯化物,血糖、胆固醇、胆红素、麝浊、麝絮、脑絮、蛋白等已查样品的准确数值,做为考核的材料。这些标本及样品预先均经检查组反复
