教育机智的运用有益于提高教师的素质,而策略使用主要以细心观察、因势利导与随机应变为核心。教师在教育教学中运用机智要注意三点:拥有真诚炽热的爱心、具备灵活敏捷的思维、学会深刻的内省和反思。
The use of educational wit will help to improve the quality of teachers, and the use of tactics is mainly based on careful observation, making the best use of circumstances and taking appropriate measures as the core. Teachers should pay attention to the use of wit in education and teaching three points: with sincere passionate love, with agile thinking, learn profound introspection and reflection.
