通过模拟试验,运用多元线性回归和流变模型参数分析的方法对苹果在贮存、运输和碰撞时的机械损伤规律和评价方法进行了研究。着重分析了由粘弹性变形引起的延迟损伤的特点和用它来评价预测损伤的可能性。得出了贮运过程中机械损伤程度与主要影响因素之间关系的数学模型,认为诸评价指标间具有一定的相关性
By means of the simulation experiment and the method of multivariate linear regression and rheological model parameter analysis, the mechanical damage rules and evaluation methods of apple during storage, transportation and collision were studied. The characteristics of the delayed damage caused by the viscoelastic deformation are emphatically analyzed and used to evaluate the possibility of predicting the damage. Obtained the mathematical model of the relationship between the degree of mechanical damage and the main influencing factors in storage and transportation, and concluded that there is a certain correlation between the evaluation indexes
