目的 :探讨血液标本出现溶血现象对生化检验指标的影响。方法 :将在我院进行健康体检的80例健康人随机分为对照组与观察组。在清晨采集两组受检者的静脉血,对对照组受检者的血液样本进行生化检验。将观察组受检者的血液样本制作成发生溶血现象的血液标本,再对其进行生化检验。然后,对两组受检者的血液标本中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、钾离子(K+)等生化检验指标进行对比分析。结果 :与对照组受检者的血清样本相比,观察组受检者血清样本中AST、ALT、LDH、CHOL、K+的指标较高,ALP的指标较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组受检者血清样本中BUN、UA、GLU、Cr、TG的指标相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :在出现溶血现象的血液标本中,AST、ALT、LDH、CHOL、K+及ALP的含量可发生异常的改变,进而可对受检者病情的诊断产生严重的影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hemolysis in blood samples on biochemical indexes. Methods: 80 healthy people in our hospital for physical examination were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Venous blood from both subjects was collected early in the morning and biochemical tests were performed on blood samples from subjects in the control group. The blood sample of the observation group was made into a hemolytic blood sample, which was then biochemically tested. Then, the biochemical indexes such as AST, ALT, LDH, CHOL, K + in blood samples of two groups were compared analysis. Results: The serum AST, ALT, LDH, CHOL, K + and ALP levels in the serum samples of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in BUN, UA, GLU, Cr, TG between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The contents of AST, ALT, LDH, CHOL, K + and ALP in blood samples with hemolysis may be abnormally changed, which may have a serious impact on the diagnosis of the patient’s condition.
