针对非均质油藏多层合采油井开采层间干扰严重、低压层产油潜力动用低的问题,开展了恒排量分层采油工艺技术研究。详述了恒排量分层采油工艺技术的设计思路、结构原理,对技术的核心配套工具——恒排量采油装置的工作原理、室内实验等做了详细的阐述。该技术通过对高压高产层的出液量控制,实现了对井下各层的恒排量配产,降低了井底流压,保证了低压层的有效动用。
Aiming at the serious inter-layer interference in the multi-layered oil well of heterogeneous reservoirs and the low utilization of oil potential in the low-pressure layer, the technology of constant displacement stratified oil recovery is studied. The design principle and structure principle of constant displacement stratified oil recovery technology are described in detail. The core supporting technology of constant displacement oil recovery device, such as working principle and indoor experiment are elaborated in detail. The technology through the high pressure and high output control of the production layer to achieve the constant displacement of each layer downhole with the production, reducing the bottom hole flow pressure to ensure the effective use of low-pressure layer.
