班主任管理工作是学校各项教育教学工作的基础。做好班主任管理工作不仅有利于学生良好行为习惯的养成,而且有利于学生浓厚学习氛围的形成。班主任管理工作对学校各项教育教学工作的成效起着至关重要的作用。因此,如何做好班主任管理工作已成为众多班主任长期以来关注的焦点。在理论联系实际的基础上,结合自身工作实际,简要论述小学班主任管理工作的策略。
Class teacher management is the basis of various education and teaching work in the school.
