供给侧结构性改革,其根本的宗旨在于调整经济结构,使各项要素资源实现优化配置。在这样一个全新的改革背景环境下,传统产业改造升级,战略性新兴产业的出现促进了中小企业的成长。我国为促进中小企业发展出台了一系列的政策措施,并给予其一定的财政扶持。但尽管如此,中小企业融资难仍然是困扰企业发展的一个重点问题。论文以加强供给侧结构性改革为主要前提,提出了一些拓宽中小企业融资渠道的对策和建议。
The fundamental purpose of supply-side structural reforms is to readjust the economic structure so that the various elements and resources can be optimally allocated. In such a completely new environment for reform, the transformation of traditional industries and the emergence of strategic emerging industries have promoted the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. China has introduced a series of policies and measures to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and given some financial support. Nevertheless, SME financing is still a key issue that troubles the development of enterprises. The dissertation puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to broaden the financing channels for SMEs by strengthening the supply-side structural reforms as the main prerequisite.
