现代战争是高技术战争,进行的是情报战,指挥控制战,电子战,精导武器战,心理战,计算机战……。经过90年代初的海湾战争,电子战的作用已引起人们的重视并被广泛接受。近年来,国际上以美国为首的军界正在讨论信息战这一热门话题,似乎信息战已成为集当代各种高技术战争为一体的代名词。信息战到底指什么,目前还没有严格的定义,可以说是仁者见仁,智者见智,各抒己见。为此,本刊推出一组文章,介绍当前这一研究领域的发展动态。关于信息战,当前具有代表性的观点主要有:
