目的:研究穿心莲的生理特性及盐胁迫的影响。方法:用LI-6400光合仪等便携式仪器及试剂盒等研究穿心莲的光合、蒸腾、酶活等生理特性,用不同浓度NaCl对穿心莲进行盐胁迫处理,并测定各生理指标的变化。结果:穿心莲净光合速率(Pn)与气孔导度(Gs)日变化呈双峰曲线,蒸腾速率(Tr)及气孔限制值(Ls)日变化呈单峰曲线,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)及水分利用率(WUE)日变化呈单谷曲线。盐胁处理下,随着浓度的增加,Pn、Tr、Ci、Gs、WUE均下降,Ls呈上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶酶活性均先升后降,丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势。结论:穿心莲为阳生植物,存在明显的“光合午休”现象,具一定耐盐性,应向阳种植,并可对其进行适当的遮荫处理,以提高其质量。
Objective: To study the physiological characteristics of Andrographis paniculata and the effects of salt stress. Methods: Physiological characteristics such as photosynthesis, transpiration and enzymatic activity of Andrographis paniculata were studied by LI-6400 photosynthesis apparatus and other portable instruments. The salt stress of andrographis paniculata was also treated with different concentrations of NaCl, and the changes of each physiological index were measured. Results: The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and stomatal conductance (Gs) of Andrographis paniculata showed a double peak curve. The diurnal changes of transpiration rate (Tr) and stomatal limitation (Ls) showed single peak curve, intercellular CO2 concentration The daily water use efficiency (WUE) showed a single-valley curve. Under salt stress, the concentrations of Pn, Tr, Ci, Gs and WUE decreased and Ls increased, and the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and peroxidase increased firstly and then decreased , Malondialdehyde content, proline content showed an upward trend. Conclusion: Andrographis paniculata is a kind of plant with obvious “photosynthesis midday break” phenomenon. It has certain salt tolerance and should be planted in the sun. It can be properly shaded to improve its quality.
