目的探讨社区卫生服务中心如何做好公共卫生服务工作,提高其提供卫生服务工作的主动性、及时性。方法深入分析北京市房山区青龙湖镇社区卫生服务中心公共卫生工作无法深入开展的主要原因,并提出建议。结果与结论青龙湖镇公共卫生服务的面积大,服务人口多;公共卫生服务专业人员数量相对少,质量参差不齐;医、护、防无法有效成为一体;涉及的公共卫生服务内容日趋细化。建议增强政府在社区公共卫生服务中的主导作用,发展社区卫生服务中心为主体,设多社区卫生服务站相结合的公共卫生服务模式,充分发挥社区卫生服务中心医疗资源,加强人员配置,合理公共卫生考核体系和评价方法。
Objective To explore how the community health service center can do a good job in public health services and improve its initiative and timeliness in providing health services. Methods In-depth analysis of the main reasons why public health work in Qinglonghu Town Community Health Center in Fangshan District, Beijing can not be carried out in depth, and make recommendations. Results and Conclusion The public health service in Qinglonghu Town is large in area and has a large service population. The number of public health service professionals is relatively small and the quality is uneven. The medical, nursing and prevention can not effectively be integrated. The public health service involved is increasingly refined . It is suggested to enhance the government’s leading role in community public health service, develop community health service center as the main body, set up the public health service mode combining multi-community health service station, give full play to the medical resources of community health service center, strengthen staffing and public Health assessment system and evaluation methods.
