利用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术对新型液力变矩器内部三维流场进行数值分析。根据变矩器内部流场的特点提出一定的假设,以牵引-制动型液力变矩器为基础,通过三维模型得到工作液体的控制体,利用有限元分析软件CFX计算变矩器内部流场,得出牵引和制动工况流场的分布特点,使一维束流理论的设计方法得到完善和改进,是进一步提高液力变矩器性能的基础。
The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique is used to analyze the 3D flow field inside a new hydrodynamic torque converter.
