目的研究高α-亚麻酸(α-linolenic acid,ALA)含量的冷榨荠蓝油(cold-pressed Camelina Sativaoil,CPCO)对高脂模型大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法大鼠分为基础对照组、高脂对照组、鱼油组、低剂量CPCO(1.1g/kgbw)组和高剂量CPCO(2.2g/kgbw)组,后4组喂以高脂饲料,在大鼠灌胃给鱼油或CPCO6w后,分别测定各组大鼠血浆中的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白亚型的含量以及高密度脂蛋白微粒的分布。结果高脂饮食导致大鼠产生了典型的高脂血症,饲喂鱼油和CPCO后,与高脂对照组大鼠相比,体重、血浆中TC和TG含量显著下降,HDL微粒趋于小型化,且HDL3亚型含量升高,其中鱼油和高剂量CPCO组TC下降46.06%和30.60%,TG下降了25.81%和22.72%。结论高ALA含量的冷榨荠蓝油脂对高脂模型大鼠具有降血脂作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of cold-pressed Camelina Sativaoil (CPCO) on the lipid metabolism in rats with hyperlipidemia induced by α-linolenic acid (ALA). Methods The rats were divided into basic control group, high fat control group, fish oil group, low dose CPCO (1.1g / kg bw) group and high dose CPCO (2.2g / kgbw) After intragastric administration of fish oil or CPCO for 6 weeks, the content of triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein subtypes, and the distribution of high density lipoprotein particles in plasma were determined. Results High-fat diet resulted in typical hyperlipidemia in rats. After feeding fish oil and CPCO, the contents of TC and TG in body weight, blood plasma, and HDL decreased significantly , And the content of HDL3 subtype increased, TC decreased by 46.06% and 30.60%, TG decreased by 25.81% and 22.72% in fish oil and high-dose CPCO group. Conclusion Cold water chestnuts with high ALA content have lipid-lowering effect on hyperlipidemia rats.
