我院于 1996年 8月至 1998年 8月共收治小儿急性肠套叠 73例 ,现将资料完整的 5 8例报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 :男 36例 ,女 2 2例 ;年龄最小 4个月 ,最大 4岁。发病时间最短 2小时 ,最长 5 6小时 ,其中 6～ 12小时 48例。全部患儿均有阵发性哭吵及呕吐 ,便血 2 6例
Our hospital from August 1996 to August 1998 were treated in children with acute intussusception in 73 cases, now complete data of 58 cases reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: 36 males and 22 females; the youngest 4 months, up to 4 years old. The shortest onset time of 2 hours, up to 56 hours, of which 6 to 12 hours in 48 cases. All children had paroxysmal crying and vomiting, blood in 26 cases
