目的 :观察天麻促智冲剂对“肝郁型血瘀”大鼠血液流变学及脑缺血再灌小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。方法 :采用“激怒”加皮下注射肾上腺素及冰浴法 ,造成大鼠“肝郁型血瘀” ;并用反复结扎小鼠双侧颈动脉再灌法 ,造成小鼠学习记忆障碍 ,每天给“血瘀”大鼠和学习记忆障碍小鼠灌胃天麻促智冲剂(分别为 7.7,1 5 .4 g·kg- 1) 1次 ,连续 1 4d。结果 :天麻促智冲剂可明显降低“血瘀”大鼠的血浆粘度 ,全血粘度和还原粘度 ,并能改善脑缺血再灌小鼠潜在学习记忆能力和水迷宫记忆获得及再现能力。结论 :研究表明 ,该方剂可明显改善“血瘀”大鼠血液流变学及脑缺血再灌小鼠学习记忆障碍的作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of Tianma Zhizhi Granules on hemorheology and impairment of learning and memory in mice with cerebral ischemia reperfusion. METHODS: The “irritated” plus subcutaneous injection of epinephrine and an ice bath method resulted in rats with “hepatic stasis type blood stasis;” and repeated bilateral ligation of carotid artery reperfusion was used to cause learning and memory impairment in mice, giving them “ Rats with blood stasis and rats with learning and memory impairment were given intragastric administration of Tianma Zhizhi granules (7.7, 15.4 g·kg-1) for 1d consecutively. Results : Tianma Zhizhi Granules can significantly reduce the plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity and reduced viscosity of rats with blood stasis, and can improve the potential learning and memory abilities of mice with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion and the ability of memory and reproduction of water maze. Conclusion : The study shows that this formula can significantly improve the blood rheology of rats with blood stasis and the effects of cerebral ischemia reperfusion on learning and memory impairment in mice.
