结核病是一种由结核杆菌引起的严重危害人类健康的慢性传染病,我国是世界上22个结核病高负担国家之一[1]。据2010年全国第五次结核病流行病学抽样调查报告显示,我国活动性肺结核、涂阳肺结核、菌阳肺结核患病率分别为459/10万、66/10万、119/10万[2]。近年来,学校结核杆菌集体感染事件时有发生,严重影响了学校的正常教学秩序,也给学生的身心健康带来了严重的危害[3]。
Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis that seriously endangers human health. Our country is one of the 22 countries with high burden of tuberculosis in the world [1]. According to the fifth national TB epidemiological survey in 2010, the prevalence rates of active pulmonary tuberculosis, smear positive tuberculosis and bacillary positive pulmonary tuberculosis in our country were 459/10 million, 66/10 million and 119/10 million respectively [2] . In recent years, the collective infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis has occurred from time to time, seriously affecting the normal teaching order of the school, but also to the students’ physical and mental health caused serious harm [3].
