1 病历报告 患者 ,女 ,46岁 ,因下腹痛 2ｄ于 1999年 5月 18日入院。18年前因诊先天无阴道、无宫颈、无子宫 ,婚前行阴道成形术。临床初步诊断 :左卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿 ,子宫畸形 ,先天无阴道 ,无宫颈。 入院后择期手术 ,术中见 :双子宫 ,左侧单角子宫约 7ｃｍ× 4ｃｍ
A medical report Patients, female, 46 years old, was admitted to hospital on May 18, 1999 because of lower abdominal pain 2d. 18 years ago due to diagnosis of innocence no vaginal, no cervix, no uterus, premarital vaginoplasty. Preliminary clinical diagnosis: left ovarian endometriosis cysts, uterine malformations, congenital absence of the vagina, no cervix. Elective surgery after admission, intraoperative see: double uterus, the left single angle uterus about 7cm × 4cm
