项目进度管理包括使项目按时完成所必须实施的各项过程,项目的一次性和独特性决定了项目进度管理方法的多样性,同时,进度管理、质量管理、费用管理等主要项目目标的管理存在一个交错重叠和交互作用的特点。笔者从02年开始接触项目管理,在近8年接触到制造企业各类项目管理的案子,积累了一定的项目操作经验,也实践着项目管理的理论知识。本文从六个方面论述项目进度管理的方法,并以最近一次的厂庆特刊编纂项目作为分析案例,阐述项目进度管理的实施步骤及注意事项。
The project progress management includes the processes that must be implemented to complete the project on time. The one-time and uniqueness of the project determines the diversity of the project progress management methods. Meanwhile, the management of the main project goals such as progress management, quality management and expense management exists A characteristic of staggered overlap and interaction. The author started to contact with project management in 2002 and contacted with various types of project management in manufacturing enterprises in the past eight years. He accumulated some experience in project operation and practiced the theoretical knowledge of project management. This article discusses the method of project schedule management from six aspects. With the latest compilation project of Special Issue of Factories as an analysis case, the article describes the implementation steps and precautions of project progress management.
