双环醇片,英文名为:Bicyclol,商品名为:百赛诺~(R)。该药是我国第一个具有自主知识产权的国家一类抗肝炎新药,由我和我所著名药物化学家张纯贞教授合作的科研小组历经15年艰辛研制成功,并在世界14个发达国家和我国台湾地区获得药品发明专利保护。临床试验显示双环醇片具有以下特点:①保肝降酶疗效显著,反跳率较低;②有一定抗乙型肝炎病毒的疗效,用药6个月停药,3个月后对病毒仍有持续清除作用,未出现反跳现象;③无明显不良反应,安全性好,口服方便,上述结果正在做进一步扩大病例验证。
