目的 :研究金安咳喘颗粒的药理作用。方法 :采用常规镇咳、平喘、祛痰的试验方法。结果 :金安咳喘颗粒灌胃给药能显著减少氨水致小鼠的咳嗽次数 ,增加小鼠呼吸道酚红分泌量 ,提高电刺激猫喉上神经引咳阈电压 ,延长乙酰胆碱和组胺混合液致豚鼠哮喘发作的潜伏期 ,对抗组胺及乙酰胆碱引起的豚鼠离体气管条收缩。对肺炎球菌、链球菌、消化链球菌均有较强的抑制作用 ,对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及蛋清致大鼠足肿胀有明显的抑制作用。结论 :金安咳喘颗粒有镇咳、平喘、祛痰及抗菌抗炎作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of Jinan Kechuan Granules. Methods : The conventional method of antitussive, antiasthmatic and expectorant was adopted. Results: The gavage administration of Jinan Kechuan Granules significantly reduced the number of coughs induced by ammonia in mice, increased the secretion of phenol red in the respiratory tract of mice, increased the threshold voltage for electrical stimulation of the upper laryngeal nerve in cats, and extended the mixed solution of acetylcholine and histamine. Induced guinea pig asthma attack latency against histamine and acetylcholine-induced contraction of isolated tracheal strips in guinea pigs. The pneumococcus, Streptococcus, Peptostreptococcus have a strong inhibitory effect on xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and egg white rat paw swelling caused by a significant inhibition. Conclusion : Jinan Kechuan Granules have antitussive, antiasthmatic, expectorant and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
