目的评价不同厂家的六味地黄浓缩丸中化学成分的一致性。方法采用1HNMR-PCA技术获取六味地黄浓缩丸乙醇提取物的化学成分信息,以主成分分析法(PCA)统计分析获得的信息。结果 4个不同厂家生产的六味地黄浓缩丸的乙醇提取物的化学成分均存在一定的差异。结论1HNMR-PCA法能较客观地反映不同厂家生产的同种中药制剂的化学成分的一致性。
Objective To evaluate the consistency of chemical components in Liuwei Dihuang Pills from different manufacturers. Methods The chemical constituents of ethanol extracts of Liuwei Rehmannia glutinosa concentrated pills were obtained by 1HNMR-PCA technique, and the information obtained by statistical analysis of principal component analysis (PCA) was obtained. Results There were some differences in the chemical constituents of ethanol extract of Liuwei Rehmannia glutinosa pellets produced by 4 different manufacturers. Conclusion 1HNMR-PCA method can more objectively reflect the consistency of the chemical composition of the same kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparations produced by different manufacturers.
