研究了乙醇精制卵磷脂的工艺条件,得出的较佳操作条件是:提取温度为室温,乙醇浓度为85%(质量分数),提取时间为20 min,pH为10.5。其次,对卵磷脂精制产品进行了TG-DTA-DTG热分析,确定了卵磷脂的晶型转变温区、熔化温度、氧化裂解温度,发现卵磷脂在320℃左右才开始分解、断裂。
The conditions of ethanol lecithin refining were studied. The optimum operating conditions were as follows: extraction temperature was room temperature, ethanol concentration was 85% (mass fraction), extraction time was 20 min, pH was 10.5. Secondly, the TG-DTA-DTG thermal analysis of lecithin refined products confirmed the crystal transition temperature, melting temperature and oxidative cleavage temperature of lecithin, and found that lecithin began to decompose and break at 320 ℃.
