为了减少传统除冰方法对路面和环境的损害,充分利用新型材料的优越性能,解决寒冷地区冬季道路和桥面因雨雪结冰而造成的交通不便问题,介绍了一种新型热力融雪防冰技术——基于碳纤维胶带的自控防冰雪技术。阐述了碳纤维胶带加热板的设计,融雪防冰路段的建造设计,系统运营性能和成本分析,以及用于控制系统的两种自动控制器的设计和能耗分析,并提出进一步研究建议。现有研究表明,基于碳纤维胶带的除冰雪技术具有能效高和安装成本低的优点,且其控制系统若使用自动控制器更优于手动控制。基于碳纤维胶带的自控除冰雪技术提高了路面的使用寿命,同时具备环境友好性,为道路融雪防冰技术提供了一个发展新途径,未来应用前景十分广阔,可以为其在我国道路和桥面防冰技术的研究应用提供参考。
