对用ICCD作为HPLC的LIF检测器进行了研究,建立了一种具有波谱分辨功能的HPLC-LIF-ICCD检测系统,考察了仪器光路、激光功率、ICCD操作参数等多种因素对其性能的影响.在优化条件下,对异硫氰酸荧光素的浓度检测限为2.5×10~(-13)mol/L,质量检测限达到2.5×10~(-18)mol.
