近年来用热管换热器回收烟气及工业过程排气的余热取得了显著的节能效果。实用表明,一般情况下用热管换热器回收烟气余热并加以利用,节能率可达5~10%。目前的热管换热器所用的热管大多是以水为工作介质,其特点是价格低廉,使用碳钢管材,但其工作温度(即热管内部工作介质的饱和蒸汽温度)一般不超过250℃,这就大大限制了它的应用范围。高温热管是以荼、钾、钠为工作介质,其工作温度为350℃~900℃。在生产中使用高温热管或高温热管换热器节能率可达20~40%。本文介绍了高温热管的几个典型范例及国、内外的研究结果。
