2013年,国家自然科学基金保持面上项目、青年基金和地区基金三类项目资助经费占总资助经费的比例达70%以上;增强了科学部重点项目和重大项目的调控能力,科学部可以根据实际需求调整重点、重大项目的经费比例;加强了对青年科学基金和国际合作研究项目的支持,更加注重对探索创新性、关键技术培育性科研仪器的资助。科学基金各类项目总体上保持了稳定支持态势。
In 2013, the proportion of funds supported by NSFC, the Youth Fund and the Regional Fund in the total funding of the three projects reached more than 70%; the ability to control key projects and major projects of the Ministry of Science was enhanced; and the Ministry of Science and Technology The actual needs of the adjustment focus, the proportion of funding for major projects; to strengthen the support for the Young Scientists Fund and international cooperation in research projects, pay more attention to the exploration of innovative, key scientific research instruments funding.
