创新型人才是国有企业未来发展的关键,要吸引并留住创新型人才,必须营造适合人才发展的环境,包括制度环境、人文环境、工作环境和学习环境,从而克服国有企业难以吸引创新型人才,人才流失严重等问题,充分发挥创新型人才的积极性和创造性,提升企业核心竞争力,促进我国国有企业的持续、健康发展。
Innovative talents are the key to the future development of state-owned enterprises. To attract and retain innovative talents, we must create an environment that is suitable for the development of talents, including institutional environment, humanistic environment, work environment, and learning environment, so as to overcome difficulties for state-owned enterprises to attract innovative talents. Serious talent loss and other issues, give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of innovative talents, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and promote the sustained and healthy development of China’s state-owned enterprises.
