采用80年代后期成熟起来的纤维产量和品质解剖估测技术研究苎麻主要种质资源,结果表明:1、不同品种的单株纤维产量和单纤维支数解剖估测值差异明显,一般全年三季平均单株产量≥3.9克的为高产资源,而全年三季平均支数>2000支的则属优质资源的范畴。这些资源可供生产和育种应用。2.纤维细胞直径小,茎横截面分布密度大是高产优质苎麻资源的显著特征。
The main germplasm resources of ramie were studied using mature fiber yield and quality anatomical estimation techniques in the late 1980s. The results showed that: (1) There were significant differences in the anatomical estimates of single fiber and single fiber among different varieties, Average yield of more than 3.9 grams of high-yielding resources, but the average annual tri-quarter count> 2000 is the category of high-quality resources. These resources are available for production and breeding applications. 2. Fibroblasts with small diameter and large cross-section distribution of stems are significant features of high-yield and high-quality ramie resources.
