HBV在多种因素影响下发生基因变异,以实现自身生存的目的。乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因变异对慢性乙型肝炎患者病情发展、严重程度以及对抗病毒治疗效果都有一定的影响。随着聚合酶链反应及其扩增产物直接测序等分子生物学技术的应用和发展,使人们能够从分子水平认识病毒及其变异,包括HBV不同基因区段变异的频率和类型。本文就HBV基因变异、临床意义及其检测方法的最新研究进展做一综述。
HBV in a variety of factors under the influence of genetic variation in order to achieve their own survival purposes. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) gene mutation in chronic hepatitis B patients with disease progression, severity and anti-viral treatment have a certain effect. With the application and development of molecular biology techniques such as polymerase chain reaction and direct sequencing of amplification products, people are able to recognize viruses and their variations at the molecular level, including the frequency and type of mutation in different gene segments of HBV. This article reviews the latest research progress of HBV gene mutation, clinical significance and detection methods.
