硝酸广泛地应用于炸药早期,尼龙、聚胺脂、染料媒介物等的纤维及有机合成品和经济核燃料的溶解,它已成为现代化学过程的重要基础原料之一,尤其浓硝酸的需求稳步上升。浓硝酸的制造工艺是历史上有名的Pauling法,它采用浓硫酸作为脱水剂。但从1965年以来,伴随着需要的扩大相继开发出效率高的新工艺,其产品流通上的量大大扩大。
Nitric acid is widely used in the early days of explosives, fibers and organic synthetic materials such as nylon, polyurethane, dye intermediates and the dissolution of economic nuclear fuel. It has become one of the important basic raw materials for modern chemical processes. In particular, the demand for concentrated nitric acid has been steadily rising . Concentrated nitric acid manufacturing process is the history of the famous Pauling law, which uses concentrated sulfuric acid as a dehydrating agent. However, since 1965, the new technology with high efficiency has been developed in tandem with the expansion of needs, and the volume of its products has greatly expanded.
