消炎痛致心动过缓 3例,16～35岁,男2女1。均因风湿病或关节痛服消炎痛25～50mg,服药后约0.5～1小时出现头晕、胸闷、恶心、气促等症状;检查心率38～42次/min,1例且伴偶发早搏,心电图均为窦律过缓,无其他改变,予阿托品口服(0.6mg)或肌注(1mg),2～5小时内恢复。其中第1例次日再服消炎痛,又复出现上述
