从业主角度而言,工程造价造价指的是工程总投资费用。工程项目建设是一项系统性工程,复杂程度比较高,在工程造价管理方面,业主必须加强控制,提升工程投资效益。对此,本文首先介绍了建筑工程造价的含义,然后对建筑工程造价管理的重要性进行了分析,并从业主角度,对新时期工程造价管理和控制的不足以及优化对策进行了详细探究。
From the perspective of the owner, the cost of construction refers to the total project cost of investment. Project construction is a systematic project with relatively high complexity. In terms of project cost management, the owner must step up control and improve the project investment efficiency. In this regard, this paper first introduces the meaning of construction cost, and then analyzes the importance of construction cost management, and from the perspective of the owner, the project management and control of the new era of inadequate and optimized measures were explored in detail.
