1999年9月10日,辽宁省艺术学校在辽宁电视台“共度好时光”现场隆重举行建校40周年庆典大会。光临大会的主要领导有:文化部教科司副司长戴嘉枋,全国政协委员、辽宁省政协副主席张毓茂,辽宁省人大副主任高继忠,辽宁省政协副主席姜笑琴,原省老领导罗定枫、林声、沈显会,辽宁省文化厅厅长杜铁、副厅长刘效炎,辽宁省教委主任李喜平,中国文联副主席、中国戏剧家协会主席李默然,中共辽宁省委宣传部副部长于宪朝,辽宁省人大教科文卫副主任李小平等。
On September 10, 1999, Liaoning Provincial Art School held a grand celebration ceremony for the 40th anniversary of the founding of the school on the scene of “Sharing a Good Time” with Liaoning TV Station.
