1987年7月1日,根据第六届全国人大常委会第十八次会议通过的《关于设立中华人民共和国监察部的决定》,监察部正式对外办公,我国行政监察体制恢复确立,至今已走过不平凡的25年。在25年里,各级监察机关在党中央、国务院和各级党委、政府的正确领导下,紧紧围绕党和国家工作大局,切实履行职责,为经济发展和社会和谐作出了应有的贡献。走过25年,站在新起点,需要我们科学把握新形势新任务新要求,总结历史经验,把握工作规律,明确前进方向,更加科学有效地推动行政监察工作向前发展。
