基于某大型场平工程填筑质量抽检结果,探讨了粗料含量(粒径大于5mm颗粒含量)、填料最大粒径以及填料级配情况对土石混合料现场压实特性的影响。研究发现:当粗料含量逐渐增加时干密度呈逐渐增大趋势,但达到90%左右时,干密度离散性较大,建议粗料含量的合理值为60%~80%;同样,当填料最大粒径逐渐增大时干密度也随着最大粒径的增大而呈逐渐增大趋势,但当超过松铺厚度(800mm)的30%以后,干密度则逐渐减小,且离散性较大,建议最大粒径的合理值为松铺厚度的30%;填料级配良好与否和压实特性无明显的相关性,但级配应连续。该研究对类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the sampling results of filling quality of a large field flat project, the effects of the coarse material content (particle size greater than 5 mm), the maximum particle size of the filler material and the loading gradation on the compaction characteristics of the soil-rock mixture were investigated. The results showed that the dry density tended to increase gradually when the content of coarse material increased gradually, but the discrete density of dry density was higher when the content of coarse material was 90%. The reasonable value of coarse content was suggested to be 60% ~ 80% When the maximum particle size increases, the dry density increases with the increase of the maximum particle size. However, the dry density decreases gradually with the increase of the maximum particle size. Large, the recommended maximum particle size of a reasonable value for the thickness of pine flooring 30%; filler grading and compaction characteristics of good or no significant correlation, but the grading should be continuous. This research has some reference to similar projects.
