经饱和硫酸铵盐析——葡聚糖凝胶G—25层析柱脱盐——DEAE纤维素柱纯化——冷冻干燥离心浓缩,从鱼血清中分离出免疫球蛋白。并用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶盘状电泳和紫外线扫描分析其电泳特性和主要成分的相对含量。
Purification by saturated ammonium sulfate salting-Sephadex G-25 chromatography - DEAE Cellulose column purification - Freeze-drying and centrifugation to isolate immunoglobulins from fish serum. The electrophoretic characteristics and the relative contents of the main components were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis and UV scanning.
