近几年来,随着书刊价格的大幅度上涨,图书馆界普遍面临经费困难,特别是贫困县图书馆购书经费短缺的问题显得尤为突出,从目前多数贫困县的财政状况来看,这样的紧日子不是短时期就能缓解的。那么如何应付这种局面,怎样使较少的经费满足读者最主要、最迫切的阅读需求,让有限的经费得到合理、有效的利用,从而探索一条最为实际、最有实效的藏书建设新路子。笔者根据多年工作实践,就这个问题谈两点看法。
In recent years, with the substantial increase in the price of books and periodicals, the library industry is generally faced with difficulties in funding. In particular, the problem of shortage of funds for purchasing books in libraries in poor counties is particularly prominent. From the current financial situation in most poor counties, The days can not be alleviated in a short time. So how to deal with this situation, how to make less money to meet the reader’s most important and most urgent reading needs, so that the limited funds be reasonable and effective use, so as to explore a most practical and most effective way of building a new book. The author based on many years of work practice, talk about two points on this issue.
